1 · Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at careandcurepeds.com and the online services we offer through it, including appointment booking and the patient portal (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2 · The Site is not medical advice
The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about our practice and about children’s health. It is not medical advice, and using the Site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your child’s physician or another qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. 3 · Appointments and the patient portal
Requesting an appointment through the Site is a request only; it is not confirmed until our staff contacts you. The patient portal is provided for your convenience to communicate with the practice and manage your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not use the portal or any Site form to report an emergency or an urgent medical problem — call the office or dial 911.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, upload malicious code, or use it to harass others or infringe anyone’s rights.
5 · Intellectual property
The content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Care & Cure Pediatrics and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our permission.
6 · Third-party links and services
The Site may link to, or rely on, services we do not control — for example a patient-portal provider, a payment processor, or a health plan’s website. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7 · No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of general health information on it.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care & Cure Pediatrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibilities to you as your child’s health-care provider, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed, and the current version is always posted on this page.
